COVID-19 update
Whilst our facilities remain available for patients and carers we ask you to note that we have a number of measures in place to help keep you and our staff safe.
Please follow all instructions you see in particular around:
- Wearing a mask (unless you have a clinical reason for being unable to do so)
- Washing your hands and using hand gel
- Sticking to social distancing – keeping at least 2m from others

Food court
On level two of the New Victoria Wing, our food court serves drinks, meals and snacks for visitors, patients and staff.
Opening times
Monday to Friday 7.30am to 7.00pm
Saturday and Sunday 7.00am to 3.00pm
This is also a Subway in the Food Court but this is closed at present.
Cafes
New Victoria Wing
On level one of the New Victoria Wing, we have a Costa shop which serves drinks and snacks.

Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.00pm
Saturday and Sunday Closed
Leazes Wing
On level three of the Leazes Wing near the main entrance, we have a Costa serving drinks and snacks.
Opening times
Open 24 hours 7 days a week.
Newsagents
We have newsagents selling magazines, newspapers, confectionary and children’s toys and games.

Monday to Friday 7.00am to 8.00pm
Saturday and Sunday 9.00am to 6.00pm
Leazes Wing

Clothes shop (closed at present)
We also have a ladies clothing and accessories shop on New Victoria Wing, level one, next to our coffee shop.
