When making a payment you will be redirected to a secure website provided by Capita software systems, who will process the transaction on behalf of Newcastle hospitals.
There is no additional charge for paying online.
When making payment you should provide as much information as possible to enable us to allocate your money correctly.
The following debit or credit cards are accepted: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Electron or Delta.
Your 10 digit invoice number beginning with 301 is located in the top right hand corner of your invoice. Please make sure to enter this number where prompted.
Customer A/C number is your account number, which appears below your invoice number on the top right hand corner of your invoice. Please make sure to enter this number where prompted.
If your payment does not relate to a trust invoice you will be asked to select from a drop down menu which includes:
