Through our 16,000 staff, and their wide range of professions and expertise, we are able to provide the standards of safe and compassionate care Newcastle Hospitals are renowned for.
Investing in the people who make this organisation is important to us, and we work hard to provide access to training and development which allows colleagues to keep up with the pace of change in healthcare. Equally important is the provision of a supportive working environment and access to modern technology, equipment and facilities.
Through our people plan and other initiatives, we are committed to being an ‘employer of choice’, offering a positive listening culture, access to a wide range of health and wellbeing support and providing high quality education and career progression.
