Ward 4 is a day of surgery arrival ward where patients are prepared for their operation. They will transfer to another ward after their surgery

Ward 5 is a general surgical ward, which cares for people who have had a surgical procedure for bowel problems, disorders of the liver and pancreas.

Ward 7 is a general surgical ward caring for people who have had surgery on their liver, pancreas or bowel.

Ward 8 (Regional Northern Vascular Centre)
Ward 8 is a general surgery ward and part of the Regional Northern Vascular Centre. It mainly looks after people with problems with their arteries, veins, and vessels.

Ward 9 is an adult inpatient ward which cares for people after they have had a stroke and need to stay in hospital for treatment.
