Our ENT department includes the Northern Head and Neck Cancer Unit, which has a fast-track system that for urgent referrals.
We are home to the Northern Ear Implant Centre, dedicated to hearing restoration and bone anchored hearing aids.
If you need an operation, we try and avoid open surgery through techniques such as endoscopic sinus surgery.
We also provide regional speech and language therapy services if you have voice, speech and swallowing problems.
Urgent ENT care
The ear, nose and throat casualty clinic is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for emergency GP referrals.
