Active Communities

In this section you will find links to some of the teams based in and around Newcastle who offer different opportunities to be active out in the community. There are a variety of things on offer from structured exercise programmes, falls prevention classes and opportunities to volunteer to work outdoors in the parks. The social prescribing team can help with non-medical support to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
