FEE SCHEDULE – valid until 30th September 2025
We are pleased to be able to provide a self-funded treatment option for those patients who are not eligible for NHS funding.
We present our fees as a package so that it gives you a realistic estimate of the total cost. Please be aware that some clinics break down their fees so that it is difficult to understand, and they may add additional charges that you were not expecting.
If you wish to be seen on this basis, and have been seen in the centre within the past year, please contact the private patient secretary. If you have not been to the centre within the past year please ask your GP or consultant for a referral letter.
Before Treatment
Out-Patient Consultation At this appointment we will take your history, discuss your problem and consider the treatment options available. If you do not want to progress to treatment but request specific tests, the cost of these will be explained individually. After treatment a one follow up consultation or one pregnancy scan is included within the treatment package. Additional consultations and scans may be charged. | £150 |
Pre-treatment investigation work-up If you have decided to have treatment there are some standard appointments and assessments we need to undertake. This is provided at this fixed cost. On completion you will be able to book your treatments dates. Please note: Shared motherhood couples will each be charged this amount for their investigations. Tests may need to be repeated. If this is done within 12 months of the initial tests there will be no additional charge. | £390 |
Out-patient male fertility consultation At this appointment with the consultant Andrologist, we will discuss problems that relate specifically to complex male infertility. It includes an examination. This does not include tests. | £150 |
Please note that both the initial consultation and pre-treatment costs would apply before you book treatment (i.e. £540).
