You can use the urgent treatment centres in Newcastle seven days a week:
- Molineux urgent treatment centre in Byker is open from 8am until 8pm.
- Ponteland Road urgent treatment centre in Cowgate is open from 8am until 10pm.
The teams at the centres can assess and treat:
- Cuts, sprains and strains
- Minor burns and scalds
- Infected wounds
- Grazes
- Bites and stings
- Possible broken bones
- Emergency contraceptive needs
