Hair removal by laser can help those with normal hair growth, but also those with excessive hair growth on the body or face, a condition called hirsutism.
Our clinical experts will be able to discuss with you your expectations of hair removal treatment and a full explanation of the treatment process will be provided.
How does laser hair removal work?
Laser hair removal works by targeting the pigment within the hair (melanin), which then destroys the hair and the hair follicle.
Grey or white hair has no melanin so it cannot be effectively treated.
It is likely that a number of treatments will be required to remove unwanted hair and your clinician will be able to advise the possible number of sessions, and any concerns you may, at your consultation.
