Our service is run by a team of highly skilled staff with a range of experience. Our expert team of consultants and health professionals with a specialist interest in bone and soft tissue tumours include:
- Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeons
- Consultant Spinal Surgeons
- Consultant Plastic Surgeons (including those with head and neck expertise)
- Consultant Colorectal, Abdominal and Retroperitoneal Surgeons
- Consultant Gynaecologist
- Clinical Oncologists (specialising in both chemotherapy and radiotherapy)

We have a weekly team meeting on a Friday morning where professionals of our multi-disciplinary team meet to ensure that patients benefit from the most appropriate treatment.
Accessing our services
Patients can be referred to the North of England Bone and Soft Tissue Tumour Service by their GP or other healthcare professionals.
