Dr. Emily Watts is a Consultant Haematologist who works as part of the haemato-oncology team at the Freeman Hospital’s Northern Centre for Cancer Care. She specialises in myeloma and myeloproliferative neoplasms. Dr Watts also sees general haematology patients in new patient clinics and is involved with liaison haematology.
She is also involved in teaching and training of medical students and junior doctors at all levels of their training.
Emily graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2010, and undertook her postgraduate training in the North East. She was appointed as a Consultant in the Northern Centre for Cancer Care in 2019.
