Dr Jones has been a Consultant in Medical Oncology since 2010 after completing his oncology training and a research MD in Newcastle.
Special interests
Dr Jones provides oncology clinics for lung cancer and mesothelioma at Sunderland Royal Hospital. He is also the Newcastle Hospitals lead clinician for cancer of unknown primary.
Research
Dr Jones actively recruits to national clinical trials for lung cancer and cancer of unknown primary.
