If you are a nurse, midwife or AHP who is new to clinical research, use checklist as a helpful guide to getting your study idea off the ground.
- How does it fit with the trust’s or departmental priorities?
- Have you discussed the idea with your line manager/team?
- Has your line manager given their support?
- Have you linked with the NMAHP team?
- Have you checked whether there is funding available to support your idea?
- Have you read our research support policy?
- Have you thought about what training or support you might need?
