Self-referral portal
Staff can self-refer into Newcastle Occupational Health Service by completing an online self-referral.
The online referral portal will replace the downloadable self-referral forms that staff have previously completed and emailed across to the service.

Management referral
From Monday 18 August, managers will be able to complete a management referral using a new online portal system called OPAS-G2
If you have management responsibilities and have not had an OPAS-G2 account created, please get in touch with OHS team: [email protected]
Managers who have already used the system to complete Early Access Advice (EAA) will already be onboarded onto the system.
