We have a dedicated helpline for patients.
Who can use our service?
The service is available to Newcastle Hospitals patients and staff, and we also provide help with enquiries from other healthcare professionals regarding Newcastle Hospitals’ related medicines issues.
If you are a patient of the Newcastle Hospitals or a healthcare professional and have an enquiry regarding medication received from or recommended by the Trust, you can contact us at one of the numbers below.
