Launched by the North East and North Cumbria Local Maternity and Neonatal System (NENC LMNS), the personalised care toolkit was developed in collaboration with women, midwives, doctors, and Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) leads – including contributions from our team here at Newcastle Hospitals trust.
The toolkit was designed to help you make informed choices throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postnatal care, and to support you and your family to create a personalised care plan that reflects your individual needs and preferences.
