We want to make the service as easy as possible to access and you can request support yourself. There is no need to go through your GP or another healthcare professional or service.
You can also refer someone else, such as your child, with their consent.
People involved in your care and support can also refer you with your consent, for example, your GP, healthcare provider or voluntary sector support worker.

What happens after referral
Once we’ve received your referral, you will be booked in for a conversation with a member of the team known as a specialist navigator, who will explore your needs properly and support you through the service.
If therapy is assessed as being the right option, you could also be referred for clinical psychology support.
