Hearing aid repair service
We have replaced the walk-in hearing aid repair service with a booked repair service. Unfortunately, we are unable to see anyone who attends without a pre-booked appointment.
Booked hearing aid repairs are available at the following locations:
- Berwick – Union Brae
- Freeman Hospital
- North Tyneside General Hospital
Hearing aids that need repairing can be put into an envelope and:
- Dropped into the white box at the Freeman Hospital main reception
- Posted to us by registered post.
When packaging your hearing aids for repair:
- Put your full name and address on the packaging you put your hearing aids in.
- Include a note with a brief description of the problem with your hearing aids.
- Make sure everything is sealed to prevent any items being lost.
If you are posting your hearing aids back to us, please make sure the postage is sufficient to cover costs.
We will repair or replace your hearing aid(s) and return them back to you by registered post.
