Appointments for hearing aid repairs are short. You will often be seen by an assistant audiologist who will triage the problem with your hearing aid and where necessary signpost you to other services or advise you of the next steps in your treatment.
Booked hearing aid repairs
Repair services are available at
- Berwick – Union Brae
- Corbridge
- Cramlington
- Freeman Hospital
- North Tyneside General Hospital
Please remember
- No hearing tests are performed at repair appointments.
- Audiology staff do not remove wax.
- If you arrive late for an appointment you may not be seen, with short appointment times and patients booked back to back there is no spare capacity to see patients who attend late for their appointment.
