- Glasses or contact lenses if you wear these along with containers
- Hearing aids if you wear these along with a container
- Dentures if you wear these along with a denture container
- Walking aids such as frames and sticks, if you use these
- Medicines – please bring your prescription and any prescribed or over-the-counter medicines that you usually take, including inhalers, creams and eye drops in their original packaging labelled with your name. If your medicines are supplied by your pharmacy in an organiser e.g. medibox, please bring it with you
- A dressing gown, or similar, to help keep warm
- Clean slippers.
- The phone number of the person collecting you.
You might also want to bring a book or magazine to read while you wait.
You can use a mobile phone or tablet but we do not have facilities to charge them.
If you have a learning disability and have a hospital passport, please bring this with you.

- Alcohol, cigarettes or e-cigarettes
- Chargers for phones or e-cigarettes.
