Stronger for longer: Eating well & staying active
This session will focus on nutrition and staying active, exploring how healthy eating and regular movement support wellbeing at every stage of life. Members will have the opportunity to hear from colleagues about the fundamentals of good nutrition, the importance of keeping active, and how these factors contribute to improving patient experience and outcomes across our services.
The afternoon is designed to be both informative and interactive, providing a relaxed space to learn, reflect and share ideas. Alongside a series of short, engaging presentations, there will be plenty of time dedicated to group work and open discussion, allowing everyone in attendance to contribute their thoughts, experiences and perspectives.
This is a great opportunity to connect with other members and colleagues, ask questions, and explore how we can continue to support healthier lifestyles for our patients and communities. Whether you have a particular interest in nutrition and exercise or would simply like to learn more, we hope you will join us for what promises to be an informative and inspiring afternoon.
