Dr Rihards Buss is a consultant rheumatologist working at Newcastle’s Freeman Hospital.
Dr Buss completed his rheumatology training in Leeds and across Yorkshire deanery before joining Newcastle Hospitals as consultant rheumatologist in 2025.
He as an interest in axial spondyloarthritis and psoriatic arthritis.
Dr Buss runs designated axial spondyloarthritis, connective tissue disease clinics weekly and is part of the early arthritis team.
