Spondyloarthritis
Patients in our axial spondyloarthritis service have additional access to specialist physiotherapy service delivered by our extended scope physiotherapist in rheumatology conditions – Maureen (Mo) Motion. Her role as lead physiotherapist for Rheumatology at Newcastle Hospitals involves a first point contact clinic for Inflammatory back pain screening and diagnosis, working as part of the Newcastle Hospitals Axial Spondyloarthritis (AxSpA) clinics.
