Dr Claire Barker is a consultant in congenital cardiothoracic anaesthesia.
Biography
Educated at Oxford University and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Medical schools. Trained in pediatrics at Addenbrookes and Great Ormond Street Hospitals and in anesthesia, PICU and CICU at Guys and St. Thomas’ Hospitals in London and Westmead Children’s Hospital in Sydney.
Special Interests
Paediatric anaesthesia, adult congenital cardiac anaesthesia, ECMO, mechanical circulatory support, transplantation, anaesthesia for patients with a single ventricle.
