Mr Coulter is a consultant neurosurgeon based at the Royal Victoria Infirmary’s Neurosciences Centre where he specialises in paediatrics, pituitary disease and hydrocephalus.
Mr Coulter qualified from Newcastle University in 2008 with an MBBS degree.
He has received training in Newcastle, Toronto, Middlesbrough, Liverpool and Edinburgh.
He was appointed as a consultant neurosurgeon in Newcastle in 2020.
