Dr Richard Reece is a Consultant Rheumatologist at Newcastle’s Freeman Hospital specialising in inflammatory arthritis, spondyloarthropathies and gout.
Dr Reece had over 20 years of experience as a Consultant Rheumatologist at hospitals in Darlington, Leeds and Huddersfield before taking up his appointment in Newcastle.
He is a firm believer that patients should be well informed about their rheumatology condition, receive individualised and optimal treatment advice and to feel that they have confidence to adopt and employ effective self-management techniques to assist them to manage their condition successfully.
