Our Confidentiality statement means that no information about you will be passed on to anyone outside of the Newcastle Sexual Health service (eg GP, social workers, teachers etc), without you knowing about it, and agreeing to it.
The only time this may be different is if you make us aware of a situation where there is a possibility of harm to you or another person, and our sharing information may prevent you or them from being harmed.
If a member of staff felt they had to share information with other services, they would inform you of what they were going to do.
