Our team brings together specialist knowledge and expertise to plan and deliver programmes and projects in Newcastle hospitals, and for partner organisations, with a focus on Covid recovery.
We have experience of working on multiple projects – including Covid response and resilience – and are using and sharing this learning to facilitate and manage various recovery projects.
Information, knowledge and insight obtained during the course of the pandemic is consolidated in one team, which allows us to provide tailored support and a pool of expertise for projects ranging from NHS waiting list initiatives to a full programme management function.
Our strong regional relationships and arrangements allow us to access data, knowledge and resources to help organisations across the north east and north Cumbria.
The team has expertise in programme/project management and delivery, call handling, customer relations, call centre management, data analysis and report writing.
Throught our in-house call centre facility, we have the expertise and knowledge to liaise with patients/members of the public on a range of projects such as managing appointments and waiting lists, vaccination engagement, trace activity and customer liaison.
During the course of the pandemic, we worked closely with partner organisations locally, regionally and nationally to:
- Deliver test and trace support and training
- Establish mass testing sites
- Provide bespoke data analysis and reporting.
- Manage and staff a call centre function to support Covid resilience and response
- Tackle inequalities with access to information and services.
We offer services, expertise and capacity to support ‘Living with Covid’ plans. This includes supporting targeted vaccination, standing up mass testing, delivering targeted testing, strengthening contingency and resilience through robust planning, data analysis and shared regional learning.
